How we earn a good review
We show up when we said. We tell you whether the roof needs work or doesn't. We leave a written price and don't change it. We pull the permit, meet the adjuster if you've filed, build to the wind code, sweep the yard with magnets, close the permit and hand you the wind mitigation report. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it — no argument.
Check the license and the insurance
Florida licenses roofing contractors, so the two things that protect you are the license and the insurance. Look up any roofer's license at myfloridalicense.com — it should be a Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC) license, active, with no discipline. Ask for a certificate of general liability and workers' compensation insurance; a roofer hurt on your property without it becomes your problem. We send both before we start.
