A roofing company for the Cape, built after Ian
We saw what worked and what didn't when the storm went through. We build the roofs that worked.

Cape Coral Roofing Co. exists because of what Hurricane Ian showed everyone on September 28, 2022. Two houses on the same canal, same age, same style: one lost a few ridge tiles, the other lost its roof into the pool. The difference was never the brand of tile. It was whether the deck was sealed, whether the tile was foamed or screwed or just sitting on battens, whether the trusses were strapped, whether the roofer had pulled a permit and let the city look.
So that's the company. We build to the wind code because the wind code is what Ian taught. We pull the permit on every re-roof and re-underlayment because the inspection is worth having. We photograph everything and write it down because insurance in Florida runs on documentation now. We fill out the wind mitigation form on every roof we replace because it's money in your pocket. And we follow the roofing statute — no claim solicitation, no deductible games, no assignment of benefits — because the people who didn't are why insurance costs what it does here.
We're local. We're on the Cape's streets every day, across the river in Fort Myers and North Fort Myers most days, out to Pine Island and the beaches on scheduled runs. We answer the phone at 2 AM in September. And we'd rather tell you a roof has five good years left than sell you one you don't need yet.
