What this site can and cannot tell you
Two roofs with the same stain on the ceiling can need completely different work. The age of the shingles, the condition of the decking, flashing, ventilation, hail history and how the roof was installed all change what the right repair is. Nothing on this site is a roof inspection, an engineering opinion, an insurance-coverage opinion, or a recommendation for your specific home. An on-roof inspection is the only way to know whether you have a repair, an insurance claim, or nothing to worry about.
Cost ranges
The cost figures on our service and guide pages are planning ranges for typical projects in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lee County. They are not quotes and they are not a price guarantee. Costs move with pitch, the number of layers to remove, decking repairs, materials, access, permits and the scope your insurance carrier approves. Your written estimate is the price.
Insurance claims
Nothing on this site is a coverage opinion. Whether hail or wind damage is covered depends on your policy, your deductible and your adjuster's findings. We document damage; your carrier decides. Your deductible is yours to pay, as the law requires.

Results and warranties
No guaranteed outcome. How long a roof lasts depends on weather, attic ventilation, maintenance, tree cover and hail. A properly installed roof gives you the best chance; it does not change the weather. Any warranty that applies to your project is the one written into the signed agreement with the contractor performing the work. Manufacturer warranties have their own terms and registration requirements.

Emergencies
If water is actively coming into your home, a tree has come through the roof, or you see sparking or smell gas after a storm, do not wait for a website. Move people away from the area, shut off power to that part of the house if you can do so safely, and call 911 or your utility for the hazard first. Then call us for the roof.
